Becoming a teacher will also allow her to play an active role in inspiring all of her students and change a child's life for the better. As a candidate for Miss Alabama State University 2018-19 herplatform is “Ignite the Leader in You” in which she intend to focus on awakening more leaders. “I am striving to uplift a world that is destructing before our eyes. A leader is so much more than a title or a designation,” said Frazier. If elected as Miss ASU 2018-19, she plans to serve the university and community with pride. Frazier is seeking to implement a program called “Igniting Legendary Leaders”. This program would focus heavily on impacting children at an earlier age, by being an example and igniting the leader within them. This program will help to grow knowledge of personal leadership and community leadership. Organizing leadership conferences and professional development opportunities for all students is another goal she wants to implement. By creating such a program, it will not only build leaders but teach individuals how to bring leaders out of others and instill confidence as well as pride in their community. “I believe what qualifies me for this position is my genuineness, caring spirit, accountability, and my love for ASU,” she said. Frazier says being a future educator, the future of our world is very important to her. She says if she does not obtain the title as Miss ASU, she still plans to implement the programs she wants to organize and bring more attention to her platform and ideas. She feels her purpose is to make a difference in people’s lives and leave an impact everywhere she goes.
